What grades do you tutor?
I provide personalized math and reading tutoring for students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are available in your home, at a mutually agreed-upon public location (such as a library), or virtually.
How long are sessions?
Tutoring sessions are available in 45-, 60-, or 90-minute increments to fit your student's needs and schedule.
How does payment work?
Tutoring is $1 per minute. A $10 travel fee applies to in-person sessions.
How often should my student attend tutoring?
The ideal schedule depends on your student's individual needs and goals. Most students benefit from one to two sessions per week, while those needing additional support or preparing for an exam may benefit from more frequent sessions.
Do you serve my area?
I provide virtual tutoring to students anywhere and offer in-person tutoring throughout the DMV. Visit my Areas Served page for a complete list of locations.
Do you work with homeschool students?
Yes! I provide individualized instruction for homeschool students in kindergarten through 8th grade. Services can include full academic instruction, supplemental lessons, curriculum support, and enrichment activities.
Do you work with students who have IEPs or 504 Plans?
Absolutely! As a certified Special Education teacher, I tailor instruction to your student's unique learning needs and can reinforce IEP goals.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! I offer a free consultation to discuss your student's needs, answer your questions, and determine if we're a good fit.
Do you offer group tutoring?
I primarily offer one-on-one tutoring to provide individualized support. If you're interested in a small group session with siblings or classmates at a similar skill level, please contact me to discuss availability.
