Meet Alisha
Hi! I'm Alisha, and I'm passionate about helping children discover confidence in learning. I'm a certified elementary and special education teacher with more than eight years of experience helping K–8 students succeed in reading and math. I earned my master's degree from Johns Hopkins University and have had the privilege of supporting students both in the classroom and through one-on-one tutoring.
I believe every student deserves to feel supported and successful. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and celebrating their progress. There's nothing more rewarding than watching a student go from saying, "I can't," to proudly saying, "I did it!"
